At Maison & Mirrors we strive to deliver your purchase with the best possible service and flexibility, every time. Mirrors are extremely fragile items that must be handled and delivered with the utmost care. To that end, we use experienced privately run carriers to ensure all our mirrors arrive in perfect condition to their destination. 

Before placing your order please ensure you measure correctly: look out for access spaces, small doors or narrow staircases. Standard deliveries are to the ground floor. Should you need to have the item/s placed in a different floor or area use the notes section at the time of placing the order, this will alert our Customer Services team. We ask that you thoroughly inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt.

Delivery charges 

Mainland UK addresses Free - delivered within 2-5 working days
UK offshore, Northern Ireland, Northern  Before you place an order you can email us with the item/s you would like to order.
Scotland, International   We will be in touch within 24 hours with various delivery options and quotations.   
  Alternatively during checkout, you will be asked to email us for a quote for the  
  delivery to your postcode. At this point the order will not yet go through. We will  
  respond as quickly as possible and you will then be able to process your order. 
  Please note customers from these locations may also organise their own shippers; 
  we are very happy to organise and supervise collections during any suitable day.

Express, Same-day or Weekend deliveries   

All three can be arranged - contact our friendly Customer Services team at We will come back to you within 24 hours. This service is only available to mainland UK customers. We will ask you to ensure there will be somebody in to receive the order.

Delivery lead time and time slots  

We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible (providing the products are in stock) in a maximum of 2-5 working days to mainland UK addresses. Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions, the delivery times quoted may be extended. For all other destinations we will offer you a few options after you email us. For UK mainland deliveries the delivery service providers will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient day and time slot to minimise the time you wait for your parcel. They may attempt delivery twice. Please ensure you thoroughly inspect your items at the point of delivery. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is home they will leave a calling card. Should you not respond to it within 5 days, the products will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.
