How to use mirrors in your interior?
Mirrors are an easy way to reflect the beauty of a room. With so many shapes, sizes, and styles, mirrors are a versatile decorative element that give instant polish to any room in a house with little effort. They can do wonders: from illuminating dark corners to adding elegance and drama to an area to creating the illusion of space. They can even serve as wall art. At Maison & Mirrors we do have a mirror for every taste, all are handmade and hand-finished; whether you would like yours modern or ultra-classic, our mirrors are sure to catch your eye.

How do I choose a mirror?
In term of interior design there are two aspects to consider: the colours and style of the room and the style you want to achieve. Browse the pages of our website, look at the different styles, shapes and finish of our current collection of handmade mirrors. If you would like help choosing your mirror and matching your interior style, the best thing you can do is come see us Saturdays and Sundays in our London Outlet where we are on hand to advise on products, interiors, styles, decoration ideas… anything really.

How can I ask for advice?
For any kind of advice and questions, don't hesitate to email us at  We will reply within the next few hours. Alternatively as mentionned above, we are on hand every Saturday and Sunday in the London Outlet.

Do you have a showroom?
We do have an outlet located in East London where all our mirrors as well as all our unique antique and vintage furniture and home accessories are on show and in stock ready to be taken away immediately. It is located above Lancasters Home & Garden, Unit 2 The Old Station Yard, 186 Wood Street, London E17 3NZ and open Mon-Sat 9-7pm and Sundays 10-5pm. 

Do you have a brochure?
We don't. Our range of products are constantly being updated and items of furniture and accessories for the home are unique items, they sell fast and new items arrive weekly. A printed brochure would be out of date as soon as it is printed. 

Do you have all items in stock?
All the mirrors displayed in the website are in stock and available to be delivered immediately. In the event that there is only one left, it will show on a tag next to the ‘order’ button. In the case of items of furniture and accessories for the home, those are unique pieces; we aim for those to be viewed, purchased and taken away directly from the outlet.

Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases or large orders?
Yes we do. We also offer trade discounts to interior professionals. Contact us at if you would like to discuss a multi-buy or open a Trade account.

Do you deliver every item featured in the website?
Deliveries apply only to mirrors. Due to the unique aspect of the furniture items and accessories for the home, we aim for those to be viewed, purchased and taken away directly from the warehouse.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on the mirror/s you order and where you would like them delivered to, delivery can be between same day to up to 5 working days (UK mainland). We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once you have placed an order our Customer Service team will contact you and you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and delivery, no need to chase. All delivery times quoted are approximate and are maximum days.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all mirrors delivered to UK mainland addresses. For UK offshore, Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and International: email us for a quotation. For all details about delivery click here

Who carries out deliveries?
We only use experienced privately run carriers and couriers to ensure all our mirrors arrive fast and in perfect condition to their destination.

Can I collect my order?
Of course. You can order your mirrors online and collect them the same day from the London outlet. Those collections are free services. We ask you to bring a copy of your confirmation email (either printed or on your smart phone) with either the bank card used to make the payment or a valid photo ID (passport or full UK driving license).

Why have I not received my order confirmation email?
After placing an order, we do send every customer an email acknowledging receipt of their order as soon as we have received authorisation for the payment from their card provider or PayPal account. If you have not yet received an email, is because payment has not yet been authorised. For peace of mind send us a quick email at 

What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you realise you have ordered the wrong mirror and would like to change it, email us as soon as you can at so we can rectify the order. If the product has already been dispatched to our couriers, we will organise a return and exchange as soon as possible.

How do I cancel an order?
Same as for a wrong item, if you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, email us as soon as you can at so we can cancel the order. 

Where is my order?
We will keep you fully updated via e-mail on the progress of your order: first after payment has been authorised; then when the product/s have been shipped with a planned delivery day and time slot.

What happens if I don't like a product when it arrives?
If the product you ordered is not what you expected on delivery, contact our Customer Service team at within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a 'returns number'. We will offer you a return, refund or exchange immediately. Click here for the full return and refund policy.

What do I do if my product arrive damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product is delivered damaged, email our Customer Service team at within 48 hours of delivery so we can organise a fast replacement. Click here for the full return and replacement policy.

Is your site secure?
All transactions are secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. You can see that the basket and checkout is a secure area of our site because a padlock symbol or key will appear in the bottom of your browser. The encryption technique we use is certified by VeriSign, the world's most respected certification body for internet firms. This means that the information you send us cannot be read by anyone other than the Maison & Mirrors team. If you would prefer to order in person, come see us in our London warehouse on Saturdays or Sundays.

Will you pass my details on to anyone else?
None of us at Maison & Mirrors like when our private details are shared by businesses; as such we will never pass your details to any third party. And that is a guarantee.
