At Maison & Mirrors we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our attention to detail in design, material and production is second to none. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.


Returning products

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase (this does not apply to antique and/or vintage items, see below), we will be happy to refund, replace or exchange a product subject to the following conditions:
- the products have not been installed or used;
- you notify our Customer Service team on 020 8520 5539 or at contact@maisonandmirrors.com within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a returns form;
- in the event of damaged item/s on delivery, you confirm in writing in the form of an email the details of the damages to the item/s received and you join photographs; unless this is done a returns form cannot be issued;
- you join to the parcel/s the completed ‘returns form’. If you do not have internet/PC access, tell our Customer Service agent who will post one to you as soon as possible;
- you return the products in their original packaging and resealed, labelled carefully and packed up securely so they are not lost or damaged in transit;
- all returned items must reach us within 14 days of delivery;
- cancelled items must reach us in a perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging.

 

Cost of returning products (this does not apply to antique and/or vintage items, see below)

- if a product is damaged, the return will be at no extra cost to you. 
- if you change your mind and decide to cancel after the goods have been delivered we will accept returns up to 14 days after the initial delivery; you will be responsible for returning them at your own cost. If you change your mind upon delivery a maximum charge of £40 (an uplift charge) will apply.

Post delivery: we can arrange the return of products through our range of couriers; for all addresses we will supply you with options and quotations. If you prefer to organise your own transport we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt until we confirm we have received the items. If you organise your own transport we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. The return address is: Maison & Mirrors Outlet, Unit 2 The Old Station Yard, 186 Wood Street, London E17 3NZ. Alternatively you are welcome to return the products in person to the address above. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Will be processed within 7 days of us having received the returned products.

 

Antique and vintage furniture and home accessories

- antique or vintage items of furniture and home accessories are only available to be viewed, purchased and collected from the London Outlet. The purchaser will be responsible for their own collection/delivery. These items are not new pieces and as such they can have characterful imperfections. Cracks, stains, polish/paint marks and other age/materials related defects are normal and will not be accepted as faulty or returnable;
- all such items are sold as seen and as fit for the purpose that they are intended. The purchaser of those items agree that they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
